RULES FOR SIMPLE, MULTIPLE AND LIVE BETS

Definition of a bet

A bet refers to placing a stake on the occurrence of a result within the context of a sporting event.
If the result upon which the stake has been placed occurs during said sporting event, the winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by the fixed odds offered to the bettor when the stake was placed.

By placing a bet, the player acknowledges that:
- He/she was not informed of the result of the events involved in his/her bets when the bet was placed;
- The bet is not affected by an event in which the player had an active role, in whatever capacity. In such case, ZEbet reserves the right to cancel the bet(s) concerned;
- In the event information regarding the probable results of a competition is made public during the bet acceptance period, ZEbet reserves the right to cancel the bet concerned.
- The bet is not affected by an event for which the player is present at the unfolding of the event.

Simple bet
A simple bet is a bet on a single result.

Multiple bet
A multiple bet is a bet on a combination of several results.
PIn a combined bet, there is no margin for error (all of the combination options must be winners)
In a system bet (of several combinations), the following gaming formulae are applied:

Live bet
Live bets are offered both before and during a sporting event. Unless otherwise stated, our general rules for fixed-odds bets shall apply to live bets.
Live bets are valid as soon as their result is officially established. Bets whose result has not been officially established at the time that a participant withdraws or forfeits shall be considered to be null and void.

TYPES OF GENERIC BET

"1-2" bet
A bet with 2 outcomes from a confrontation between 2 entities which excludes the possibility of a draw.

"1-N-2" bet
A bet with 3 outcomes from a confrontation between 2 entities which includes the possibility of a draw.

"Exact score" bet
Focuses on the occurrence of a specific score during an event or the period of an event. The bettor makes a choice from a defined list of scores which may include an "Other" option. This then indicates all scores which are not given in the defined list. For a live bet, the "Other" option excludes the current score of the game.

"Final winner" bet
Focuses on the entity which is designated as having won the event to which the bet relates. The bettor makes a choice from a defined list of participants which may include an "Others" option. This then indicates all participants who are not mentioned in the defined list but who participate in the event.
The participants listed in a "Final winner" bet are assumed to be participating in the relevant competition. Bets on the "Final winner" remain valid even if a participant announces their withdrawal from the competition, either before or after the officially scheduled time of the first match in the competition. The bet on the participant in question shall then not be refundable and shall be deemed to be lost.

"Number of" bet
Focuses on counted elements (for example: the number of goals, tries, sets or scored games) defined for an event or a given period (complete match, first half, first set, etc.). The bettor makes a choice from a defined list of elements, either comprising whole numbers, or a range (for example, "from 7 to 10"), and which may include an "Others" option. This then indicates all numbers which are not given in the defined list.

-Option 1: 1-N corresponds to a victory by team A or a draw;
- Option 2: 2-N corresponds to a victory by team B or a draw;

CALCULATION OF THE WINNINGS

For fixed-odds bets, the winnings are calculated as follows:
Win = Stake x Odds offered when the bet is placed by the bettor on the site

For example, a player who places a bet of ten (10) Euros with fixed odds of two (2.00) will collect winnings of twenty (20) Euros (€10x2) for a winning bet.

For live bets, the player agrees that they are aware that changes to the fixed odds can occur during the validation of the coupon. The bets are considered to be valid once they have been taken into account by the ZEbet servers. In case of doubt, the player can refer to the "My bets" menu to check if the bet has been properly taken into account.

Validation

Results
ZEbet recognises only results obtained on the ground. Results arising from disciplinary measures announced by a sporting authority subsequent to the sporting event shall not be taken into consideration.
However, for all winnings corresponding to bets relating to the final result of a sporting event, payment of such winnings may only be made to the player on the basis of the official result announced by the relevant delegated authority.
If no official result is announced by the relevant delegated authority within 24 hours following the end of the sporting event, all bets for which no result is known at the point at which the sporting event is stopped will be voided.

Regulation time
For all sports which require a certain play time, the authoritative result is that established following the normal game time (or regulation time), including extra time. Overtime or penalty shots shall in no way affect the result of the bets except where otherwise stated on the website.

Number of medals
A bet on the number of medals shall be settled by referring to the official table of medals at the end of the event (for example, Olympic Games, World Championships, etc.). No changes made by a governing body at a later date shall be taken into account. All medals won by a team/nation in a competition shall be deemed to be a single medal, regardless of the number of members in the team.

Finalists
For bets relating to the finalists in a competition, the finalists shall be the participants/teams which actually compete in the final, regardless of the manner in which they qualify, including decisions taken by any governing bodies.

Relegation
A bet on a team which will be relegated focuses on the teams occupying relegation positions at the end of the sporting season in question.

Ties or draws
When one or more participants finish first in a tie or draw and are not separated by the organiser of the competition in question, and where this possibility (draw, tie or score draw) is not offered by ZEbet, the odds of the winning players shall be divided by the number of winning players, and then multiplied by the initial stake in order to obtain the winnings.

Cases not provided for
In an instance not provided for under these rules, we will seek to establish appropriate parallels contained in these conditions and shall proceed to apply these or those of general industry guidelines when deciding on the handling of such bets.

Account credited by mistake
All players are required to notify ZEbet as soon as they detect that their account has been credited with an amount by mistake – either because of a mistake by ZEbet or a mistake by the player. If you fail to notify us, all subsequent winnings obtained directly or indirectly following this mistake shall be lost.
In such instances, ZEbet reserves the right to take all of the measures necessary in order to ensure that the financial situation of the two parties is returned to its initial state prior to the mistake (levy on any withdrawal, amendment to cash balance, etc).

Nullity

When a bet is voided or deemed to be null and void, the bet shall be validated as "winning" and refunded at odds of 1.00. For simple bets, this means that the player will receive a refund for the amount committed. For multiple, system or combined bets, the final odds will be adjusted accordingly, but always at odds of 1.00 for the voided event. ZEbet reserves the right to void bets when a player or a group of players places a series of bets on the same participant.

Delay/interruption of an event
If an event underpinning a bet does not start at the scheduled time and is delayed beyond the following day (the time zone considered is that of the event place), except when otherwise indicated, the bet will be cancelled and players’ stakes will be refunded. The date and time of the initial kick-off time cannot be presumed to be accurate until 24 hours before the event.

If an event underpinning a bet is interrupted before the end of the allotted time for any reason, the bet may be cancelled, with the exception of resumption up until the scheduled end of this event, at latest, the following day (the time zone taken into account is that of the event place). In the event in which the outcome of a bet is already known, such as, for example, bets concerning the first team to score, the first half-time, or a variable of number of goals in the match already exceeded, the bets remain valid.

Incorrect event
When the sporting event offered by THE OPERATOR includes a participant error (wrong player or team), ZEbet reserves the right to void bets relating to the event.

Unavailable bet outcomes
If the underpinning of a bet produces an outcome not forecast within the framework of this bet, all stakes for this bet are cancelled, with the exception of “bets on the event” or “final winner” type bets for which the stakes will be considered lost.
