Mclaurey viel recent tegen in Naas, maar gaf daar duidelijk niet zijn ware vorm en de snelle heroptreden suggereert dat alles in orde is. Hij won vorig seizoen een listed handicap over de horden en liet in zijn eerste starts over de hagen zien dat er meer in het vat zit. He’s Gorgeous verdient respect terug op een realistischer niveau na een Grade 1-poging, terwijl Karafon eveneens kansrijk is.
