A tough start to a very difficult card. SPURIOUS has some fair Western Cape form but will be trying the Polytrack for the first time. CHAMPAGNE BLAZE had a couple of issues on local debut and should improve and be competitive this time around. OMNIA makes her local debut but has run well on the Polytrack and is not out of it. PRICELESS TREASURE, TRULY MAGICAL and LANA VIEW are in good form but do not find it easy to score.
